[PATCH v2 4/7] mountmgr: Return STATUS_BUFFER_OVERFLOW if an insufficient buffer is passed to IOCTL_MOUNTMGR_QUERY_DHCP_REQUEST_PARAMS.

continuation will be returned on the next call.
