Hmm, how DO we translate Wine, then?
By translating the Windows resource files (*.rc). Usually it's enough to translate the strings however sometimes the dialogs needs to be enlarged if the translated string is much longer than the original. There is also an issue that the resources files are encoded using the Windows charset which is often different from the Unix charset. Some editors allows to choose the charset, even if they don't the files can be converted using `iconv` or edited in the Notepad shipped with wine. However I don't know if wine supports right-to-left scripts and if mirroring of the UI is done automatically or requires modifications of the dialog templates in the rc files. Also AFAIK wine doesn't ship Hebrew fonts so copying the fonts from Windows is required as a first step.
