Please do not commit this patch, it's wrong. According to GetTextFace XP selects
Wingdings if SYMBOL_CHARSET was requested. I'm not sure how to make the test pass:
probably SYMBOL_CHARSET should be skipped if Symbol or Wingdings are not installed.
