This one is wrapped too.
But the main problem is that it does not handle case fixes. This can be 
fixed by applying the attached patch on top of it.

With this, if you go test with the Programming Windows 98 samples, the 
following scenario works:

cd Chap03/HelloWin
winemaker HelloWin.dsp
