Open up wine-announce to wine-related/using projects

I just found a link to xmms-winamp (http://www.emulinks.de/xmms-winamp/),
a project to allow the use of winamp plugins in xmms. This is done
with the help of wine or winex.
Personally, I'd like to see announcements such as this, crossover and
winex on wine-announce. Maybe that way a bit more awareness for the
projects using wine can be gained (not to talk about my lazyness to
look for such things :-)

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
