ole32: Remove some assertions in the stuctured storage code by
    returning error codes to the caller and by handling the error
    condition.

caused the bug #6560

I do not understand the true reasons.
The reason of it lurks somewhere in installation process (installation of 
Office), but no reasonable messages on console.

Any ideas?
