The real implementation of this would actually result in fewer lines of code!

Thanks Huw. I implemented IEnumFORMATETC_Next_Proxy, which then got Open Office complaining about IEnumFORMATETC_Next_Stub. Implementing that allows it to run!
I'll send to wine-patches shortly.
