So I do not really oppose the patch. It is more the principle I'm intrested in: Under what circumstances should Wine change the behavior if Windows does something in the wrong way?
I have no clue how windows does that, do they have Euro service pack?
Fact is though that the the currency has been changed, so it should be reflected in the NLS defaults.
