There's no difference between platforms in the headers, I'm pretty sure we could simply rely on the build environment to get them, although that would require some makedep changes for it to agree.
The same is true for the vulkan headers instead of relying on wine/vulkan.h which may have differences.
Also, if we really want to import something I'm sure we only need the .h here and not the .py, .cs, .json or everything else.
