setupapi: unimplemented function setupapi.dll.SetupPromptReboot

I stuck upon this function right now.  And I see ReactOS folks already 
have some implementation [*], but for some reason it is disabled.

Is anyone working on this for Wine?
Any ideas about the ReactOS code?
