Doesn't this violate the general format we use for debug messages:
  <class>:<channel>:<message>

Maybe something like this fits a bit better:
  "fixme:stub:DLLNAME:APINAME: .spec empty stub!"

But if we have a channel for each DLL, which is actually not a bad idea,
maybe it's not that bad afterall... :)
