Just did a quick scan of the mail log, our server is only sending one email per list subscriber. I have not personally witnessed any duplication myself as I also subscribe to these lists.
This is a new one to me. I thought maybe you were subscribed to the list twice, but I checked that as well. Though, that would not explain the same mail ids you see.
