Just a quick question. Lets suppose theres a game that currently does not work under wine, and I wanted to correct the problem. But, given the recent flurry of commits, should I try to fix it by myself? Or is it better to wait a little more for the code to stabilize?
Well, if you feel confortable diving into the DDraw / D3D / D3D8 code, feel free to try to fix it yourself.
Note however that :
1) most games do not work due to issues completely unrelated to DirectX
2) if you plan to do some 'big' development, contact me (on D3D7) or Raphaƫl / Jason on D3D8 to be sure to not step on anyone's toes.
Finally, if you wait for the code to stabilize, you may wait for a long time ;-)
