This is presumably a bug in SHGetKnownFolderIDList(), which we should fix.
Yes, there is a bug in SHGetKnownFolderIDList(), but I find it will not hinder implementing SHCreateItemInKnownFolder(). I will send tests and possible fix for SHGetKnownFolderIDList() later. Thanks!
