Ah!!!  It's a great point.
I checked TCHAR, UNICODE, WINE_NO_UNICODE_MACROS, __WINESRC__, ... in
header files. Thank you.

First step for regedit:
regedit must to be build with UNICODE. And, regedit need many fix.
