Aside from two confusing hangs caused by 1) having too much data on my hard drive, causing Dreamweaver to spend literally hours scanning it on startup, and 2) having a site definition on a drive letter that didn't exist (see http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3690 for both), a real slow install, and a (harmless?) installer crash, Dreamweaver MX seems to actually work with today's cvs! I tested by removing ~/.wine, running the dreamweaver installer, then running dreamweaver and using it to upload a trivial site.
Kudos to the Wine team! This is a real milestone in my book. (My wife says: "So you can run MS Office, Photoshop Elements, and Dreamweaver, but can you run Musicmatch Jukebox, Ulead Photoimpact, and Family Tree Maker?" Well, we're halfway there, anyway...)
