In https://gitlab.winehq.org/rbernon/wine/-/commit/88bbeaeadad09ddac679e402a2cc... I intend to enumerate display modes at the same time as display devices. This makes sure the desktop mode handler is set to enumerate virtual desktop modes before calling X11DRV_DisplayDevices_Init.
