Comment out the pSetKeyboardConfig call in SysKeyboardAImpl_Unacquire as well
(dlls/dinput/keyboard/main.c).  Currently, it 'restores' the keyboard config
to a random value (hmm, probably always zero, but anyway ...) ;-)
