If they have no way of logging in, then it would, but so would require 
log in in order to view queries. If they can log in, we can unblock this 
case (i.e. - access a hidden link, and you can only view the database if 
you are logged in).

I'm not sure letting a modem user download the entire database is a good 
idea, though.
