Sounds like a job for winapi_check ;-)
Yes. However it will not be so easy since winapi_check doesn't have a complete C parser.
It currently skips these kind of lines, so don't hold your breath.
BTW, Is Alexandre away?

I haven't seen any cvs commits for a week...
