There is a very precise reason for that, according to the sf rules you must
provide the source code of all binaries hosted there, and all files must
comply to the open source definition. I think that ignoring this rule would
be an abuse of sf resources, and disrespectful to other projects. I can host the file
elsewhere if you think we must have a mirror for it.
