Sometimes ISVs just want to get a product out the door.

At least they have the runtime option so we can force it on or off,
which is nice of them.

It would be nice if someone could verify with them that we have
bugs filed for everything they had to work around, and
maybe wheedle out of them what the workaround they
applied was.
