Some of the functions in SetupAPI are missing atm so this could be the
problem. We were wanting to do this in ReactOS for hardware inf scripts
but the functions we need are not yet implemented. Filip and I have
been working on a setupapi port to Mingw so if this problem is related
it may be fixed soon.
