Well, since 2004-12-28 we got test for msi.dll and two new GUIDs not supported 
by current(?) mingw. The attached patch fixes mingw for me. Hope i got the 
GUIDs right.

As far i know the test are build at / uploaded to
http://www.astro.gla.ac.uk/users/paulm/WRT/CrossBuilt/
by Paul Millar.
