The last 3 should be fixed by now, on any driver that implements 
GLX_EXT_swap_control. Beyond that it isn't wine's job to read those DRM 
timestamps. Wine uses a standardized interface, and the drivers are supposed 
to implement it.

I don't believe 6086 is related to vsync.
