The "Flatten DLL Directories" project
( http://wiki.winehq.org/FlattenDllDirectories ) inside wine is not
complete yet, but one target is to merge all the sound-drivers below
dlls/winmm/ to a single "wineaudio.drv".

However, nobody has done something visible in the wineaudio.drv -
direction.

So instead of adding another driver below "dlls/winmm/", I suggest to
start this sound-merge now.
