Weird. From http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa377417.aspx:
"Requires Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, 
Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Windows Me, Windows 98, or Windows 95"

Looks like MSDN is wrong about which versions of Windows support this 
function and possibly others.

Yeah, again it seems that MSDN is just a nice starting point :-). It's a good 
thing we have all these tests.
