Distributing new versions of Wine via sourceforge.net?

Hi there,

I noticed that unlike older versions Wine 3.2 is not available at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/wine/files/Source/ .

Is this a permanent change (Sourceforge is not listed at 
https://wiki.winehq.org/Download anyway), or just a temporary
omission?

The Sourceforge file release system is currently down. The files will be
uploaded once it works again.
