Winecfg resources

Hello all.

There are disabled other than English resources in the wincfg.rc file.

I finished tranlating resources to the Czech language and want to enable it.

Why are non English resources commented out ?

Because winecfg is undergoing too much changes for translations to keep
sync. So it was disabled for the time being. When things will have
settled a bit (no idea when), then it'll make sense to re-enable
translations.
