This translation is meaningless, it should reflect that's the 'file' associations,
and there is no 'update' word in the original english text, so it's also incorrect.

That's because original wording is inaccurate. System manages them, Wine
does update or refresh if you will, the ones that it's created.

That's called management of the file associations. If you don't agree
with original wording I'd suggest to at least discuss this first, then
change the english statement, and only then add the translation. It's
not acceptable to provide completely inaccurate translation just because
you don't agree with the original english term used.
