I am having some trouble running the MotoGP2 demo on wine ( Wine 20030709 ).
( It can be found on www.thq.com )
I know it uses direct X 9 and this is a bit experimental, but the game segfaults ....
In any case I thought that this would be a good test case, and since it's easily downloaded.
As a comment, the game will only run with the lates drivers from nVidia ... on win.
( btw. I'm trying to look a bit more in detail on what happens at the moment )

Stupid question.. you have the latest nvidia drivers on linux right?

Actually no .. since they don't work that great with X .. ( I had some problems .. ) , so I am running software emulation.
