rpc problems with kohan2 installer.

Hi,
  I picked up a copy of Kohan 2, but I can't get it to install it looks like an RPC error.

Can you try replacing FlushFileBuffers with Sleep(100) in 
dlls/rpcrt4/rpc_binding.c:RPCRT4_CloseConnection?

With native ole32,oleaut,rpcrt4 the installer seems to chain another installer(the cdrom spins up)
and then reports error 1647: Unable to create InstallerDriver instance , return code -2147312566

Looking at the logs builtin ole32,oleaut,rpcrt4  seems to get a bit further than native then I get
error 1628: Failed to complete installation with the following in the log
