Recent changes to introduce dlls/nsiproxy.sys broke the build on FreeBSD.
netinet/if_ether.h uses types that explicitly require netinet/in.h to be pulled in before, unlike Linux where such includes happen implicitly.
This simple fix restores the build and should not impact other platforms - we already have been using this pattern elsewhere.
