This will just make the printer not added AT ALL, since there is the
following code in AddPrinterW:

if(pName != NULL) {
        ERR("pName = %s - unsupported\n", debugstr_w(pName));
        SetLastError(ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER);
        return 0;
    }
