This patch suggest that one of the previous patches in this series makes 
the tests succeed or actually fail as they are inside a todo_wine().

The previous patch is the one that makes the tests succeed. I split the todo_wine removal from the tests due to the modifications being in separate parts of the source tree, although I realise now that means the tests will give an error for the prior commit. I've submitted an updated patch that merges the two.
