Please add appropriate changes to other languages .rc files to keep them in sync. I don't think you will like if say I while adding a feature just modify a russian language resource file.

Hi,
I had noticed this, but I was not sure if it was ok for me to just add English text such as "Screen Resolution" into say, the Russian language file, or if I should find someone to translate for me. I had considered relying on something like Google translate, but I was not confident enough in the translation.... Plus, some of the resource files seemed very out of date (Si.rc for instance), so I was not sure how to handle them.

Having english strings should be OK, that's much better IMO than having a non-functional/semi-broken dialog.

Thta's exactly the reason why some language resource files are out of date.
