WineHQ: different pages with same content

Hello,

during browsing WineHQ offline (via wwwoffle) i noticed that the links in the 
left column of the current WWN are different to the links on the main page 
and some other (have not tested all) e.g.

in the development section of the WWN the CVS link is:
http://www.winehq.com/index.php?page=cvs

on the main page (and other)  the link is
http://www.winehq.com/?page=cvs

Any reason for this?

Real Explanation:

it's a translation of the wwwoffle program a website
server can define a default file witch means
users asks for www.winehq.com
give him him /index.php
which comes to www.winehq.com/index.php
if you ask for say www.winehq.com/test
it would actually try to send you
www.winehq.com/test/index.php

Short one:

in short it's exactly the same link and if you try
pointing you browser to
http://www.winehq.com/index.php?page=cvs
and click on any link you will see that your are
getting all the links the same way you have your off
line content

p.s. It has nothing to do with wine/winehq
p.s.s. The same goes for ever site on the net
