I really can't think of a good place since wine dosen't has too much general stuff...
For now you can make a news item out of this....
The closest we currently have would be a link or icon a line after the donat paypal/
I think we sould get a section of like thanks too or something to like link to open source pages like: Where do we thank source forge? don't tell me we were the same with out them What about thanks to gmane.org for archaving our mailing lists Oh and mail man....... ............ .......... Well seti@home is not really to thank but to help them but the two can come toughter in my homble opinion.

I don't think there is any place on the site for it. While I like Seti and what they are doing, it is a bit "off-topic" to put it on the WineHQ site.
