Hi,

While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

I believe it's not related to a patch, only another open/close was added 
and some code handling Wine bug was removed.
I don't see how it can make it time out, especially since all other VMs 
are fine.
