the fact that windows may not always be in C:\Windows
is true, the reason i put it there is because that is
the default windows directory i.e. wine creates it if
it isn't there...

normally that is the case... on windows
but for some reason wine's implementation of shell32
doesn't do that, at any rate, wine now creates those
keys if they don't exist, so now blizzard installers
work even if they just installed wine and they did it
alongside windows i.e. there is no wine registry...
