While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

The failure is in test_IReferenceClock_SystemClock() but my patch
modifies test_IReferenceClock_methods(). And even there it is only used
in an ok() call.
