Is this for an application specifically? Do you intend to implement the 
class or is it only for an application using the headers?

Thank you for the review. These interface declarations are required
for SDL2 project[1]. The IDL files will be imported to mingw-w64
project and then those will be used to compile SDL2. If these changes
are inappropriate for wine I can try to ask mingw-w64 developers to
maintain IDL files without syncing with wine.
