Code freeze

Hello,

Now that wine 2.0 is released, does this mark the end of code-freeze or should 
we still wait before sending in patches like normally?

The floodgates are open, you can send at will.

Note though that there may be a flood, which may mean slower
reviews/things getting lost in the noise.
