W and A functions in wine DLLs

Hi,

I just want to know how to implement functions
in a DLL. If I remember correctly I should
implement the W function and call it in the
implementation of the A function.

Do I have to do some string manipulation functions
in the A function?

You should be able to figure that out on your own. Have a look at any
existing API implemenation.
