is the www.winehq.org website down? The host is pingable and port 80 is open but i get no data after the initial tcp connect.

I believe it had trouble earlier today but it should work now.
According to the logs, the was a delay in restating httpd after the log rotation process. One of the child pids took a bit to close. This caused the server to be down for about 20 minutes.
