[RFC, website] Remove stray file

Good evening to you all!

I just noticed there is an empty file "freenode.uP4Y16UYccnE.html"
in the top-level of wine-website git.

https://source.winehq.org/git/website.git/tree

Since freenode is dead and all, can this file be removed? Does anyone
know what it's purpose was supposed to be?

Yes, that can be removed. It never should have been in the git tree 
anyway. A better way to do it would have been to put the file on the 
live site, and use .gitignore to not complain about the file.
