WineHQ maintenance

I will be performing some maintenance to WineHQ today at 14:30 CST. The
recent outages on WineHQ were attributed to a faulty drive in the RAID.
I will be taking the server offline to replace that drive. The server
should only be offline for about 20 minutes.
