In addition to problem with loading npf.sys, icdusb2.sys tries to use 
KeInitializeDeviceQueue which is not implemented and crashes.

Looks like I have to give up the idea of using Sony IC Recorder with Wine.

I am now using Sony IC Voice Recorder with Oracle VM VirtualBox 3.2.8 
for Fedora 11 AMD64, Windows XP Home Edition virtual machine, and USB 
device passthrough.
