build fails here:

/home/bob/wineslave.dir/sandbox/slave/runtests-default/build/tools/widl/widl.c:781:
undefined reference to `write_dlldata_list'

Also, patch 2/3 doesn't apply:

error: patch failed: Make.rules.in:20
error: Make.rules.in: patch does not apply

This means tools/widl/Makefile wasn't regenerated.
But the changes to Makefile.in are there, so it's a problem with your system.
