About SIGCHLD and Wine

Executing dmesg with wine active, I saw this today :

application bug: wine(27346) has SIGCHLD set to SIG_IGN but calls
wait().
(see the NOTES section of 'man 2 wait'). Workaround activated.

In this case, in Linux, is a call to wait() supposed to block until all
Wine children have exited or not ?
